Welcome to Audrey Ann Photography! I make:

Metal Prints:
I take my original photography and print it on matte or iridescent metal. I carefully nail these metal prints to a custom sanded black or white wooden frame using rustic tacks. The pieces of art come ready to hang up in your home or office.

Most of my work features photographs I've taken in Atlanta. I focus on interesting architecture, clean lines, dilapidated buildings, graffiti, and the everyday places that have become Atlanta icons because they are so well-known. (Think the "Iffy Grocery" in Ormewood Park.) I use a mirrorless Fujifilm digital camera, some old film cameras, and even my phone. Much of my photography is "street art." I find that being on foot gives me an entirely different perspective on my surroundings. When you're forced to slow down and take the time to look around, you may be surprised at the seemingly ordinary places within which you find beauty.

Other metal prints feature photographs I have taken on my travels--you might recognize something from Chicago, Austin, Portland, Boston, or even Spain, Cuba, and Iceland!

Some of my pieces feature two or three metal prints on a custom-sized wooden frame, but many of my more recent pieces feature 6x6 metal prints affixed to 10x10 square white or black wooden frames. The square shape of the prints on the black or white canvas gives a clean and modern "Instagram" look, which I think brings out the brilliance of the colors or the contrast in the metal prints. If you see something you like but prefer it on a white versus black canvas, just let me know and I will be happy to switch it out for you!

Process
The image you selected is heat-infused directly onto a sheet of aluminum using a process called "dye-sublimation." During the infusion process, the photo takes on the properties of the metal, making it heat and water-resistant.

About
Your metal print is durable. The lifespan of your metal print is about 200 years!

Care
To clean your metal print, use a damp soft rag. Though it is heat and water resistant, it is recommended that you keep your metal print out of direct sunlight to make it last as long as possible. You can even write on it with a dry erase marker and it will wipe right off!

Pendants:
Each image is carefully selected, cropped, and cut, then mounted atop a tiny ceramic tile of a corresponding color. I only select unique and classic images that I would wear myself, and each piece is truly one-of-a-kind. A bail tinted in antique silver or antique gold is selected and affixed to the back of the tile, and hung by a ball chain of the same tint so that it can be immediately placed around your neck.

Each pendant comes personalized with a handwritten tag and a cute card with my shop information, making it the perfect gift for any special occasion, or "just because."

If none of my pendant designs speak to you, please let me know and I will be happy to create a custom pendant with an image of your choice --a photo of a family member or pet or anything else that represents you.

Contact me to craft your next personalized, one-of-a-kind gift--for someone special or for yourself!
